The primary goal of our professionally-trained care coaches is to help people in crisis. Together we identify which services are needed and which organization is best equipped to assist the family. Our dedicated team of volunteers is committed to answering questions and assisting people with honesty and compassion.
Due to the stress that a person in crisis is experiencing, Mercy Support Services trains volunteers to be their advocates and to help access resources on their behalf. The trained Mercy Care Coach oversees case management plans, which professional care coaches have created to help clients become self-sufficient. Mercy Support Coach training is done bi-monthly at the offices of Mercy Support Services.
Please contact us today if you or someone you know is in crisis, or would like to volunteer as a Care Coach.
